RezEasy Cloud is a web based Property Management System with an integrated Booking Engine, Agents Module, Guset Portal and Transaction Module that is designed to meet all of your front and back office needs. The system is mobile-friendly and includes a mobile optimized booking engine plus PC and Tablet interfaces for all other functions.
This is the main administration where hotels and agents are added, the global configuration (currencies, languages etc.) is set, templates are edited or uploaded and general maintenance of the system and database is carried out.
Hotel specific configuration (taxes, discounts, rates, rooms, agents allocations etc.) is carried out in the Front Desk
This is the hotel specific configuration (taxes, discounts, rates, rooms, agents allocations, POS, booking restrictions, users etc.). The Front Desk contains reservations, guests, folios, housekeeping, POS, financial, management, channel manager, reports, email, address book, and bulletin board.
If the channel manager module is installed you can select the channel manager you are using from those supported by RezEasy PMS.
This is the online booking system for Agents/Corporate Clients. You can specify in the Property Management System which agents can access this module, their allocations and rate.
Agents/Corporate Clients can make and manage reservations up to their daily allocation and at the rates you specify. You can also manage reservations made through this module in the Property Management System.
This is the online booking system. Guests can make reservations online at the rates you specify. Reservations can be changed or cancelled
X days before arrival (you specify X in the booking restrictions).
You can also manage any reservations made through this booking engine in the Property Management System.
Guests can use this area to view their reservations, settings and profile. They can also access the online reservation System from this area and make new reservations or change/cancel existing ones (subject to the same restrictions specified in the Front Desk).
If the guest is currently resident in your hotel they can also view their current bill online.
