RezEasy Cloud - Multi-Property

The multi-property version of RezEasy allows you to add a number of properties (ie. hotels, motels, guest-houses, B&B's or hostels) into a single program. Each property has its own Property Management System and Online Reservation System.

Main Administration

This section contains the global settings that are used by all properties:

Default Currency, currency format, date format and time format.
Additional currencies in use by the Online Reservation System.
Default language.
Additional languages for Guest Bills and the Online Reservation System.
Payment system configuration for Online Reservations.
System and database maintenance.

Individual Property Administration & Operation

This section contains the settings and operations for each property. Access is by separate login for each property, and data is kept separate.

Property details - address, phone, email, description, terms and conditions, pictures, map location.
Room types, rooms, rate codes, and rates.
Meal plans and optional extras.
Housekeeping items, laundry items and policies.
Agent/Corporate Client allocations, rates and discounts.
User setup and access permissions for the Property Management System.
All reservation, in-house, guest, folio, accounts, reports, POS, financial and management functions.
Special offers, packages and Promotional codes for Online Reservations.
Booking restrictions and policies for the Online Reservation System.
Email, letter/notice, invoice, guest bill, payment, refund, receipt templates.
