RezEasy 7.0 - Features

RezEasy is a complete development package including its own database. It allows you to control the layout, colours, fonts, type face etc. of your site without having to create individual pages. RezEasy uses a set of templates plus the information you enter into the database to generate a complete online booking system including all the program files. Making changes is quick and easy.

• No additional software or scripts needed to get your Internet reservation system up and running.
• The Agency Version supports up to 9,999 different properties. Thes can be hotels, motels, villas, apartment etc.
• Reservations can be supported by credit card or just sent by email. Booking details are recorded on the server and emailed direct to you with a copy to the guest, and (if configured) a copy to the property owner.
• Fully customizable "look and feel" for your web pages. Choose from 26 professional designs included with RezEasy or create your own site layout.
• RezEasy inserts all the code required for your online reservation system so there is no need to learn any programming language.
• In the Agency Version users can search for accommodation by area, place, price, class, facilities or any combination of these.
• View reports and sales analysis figures using a web browser or download data into a spreadsheet.
• View guests due to check in between specified dates, guest contact information and inventory reports.
• Easily add reservation taken from outside RezEasy (by telephone etc.) so availability is always up to date.
• Allow travel agents or corporate clients to login to your site and receive a discount (you can specify a different discount for each agent/corporate client).
• Create and manage promotional codes.
• Update room availability, prices, seasons and other information over the Internet.
• For each property you can:
• Select from 5 different types of rates:
• Seasonal - with up to 52 seasons per year
• Daily - with up to 4 blocks of days per week
• Flexi-Rate - a combination of of seasonal and daily rates (up to 52 seasons with 2 block of days per week)
• Day/Week/Month - with rates per day, per week and per month;
• 365 Day - specify a different rate for each day of the year;
• Charge per room or per person according to the rate type:
• Per Room: Seasonal, Daily, Flexi-Rate, Day/Week/Month and 365 Day rates
• Per Person: Seasonal, Daily and Flexi-Rate
• When charging per person you can specify different rates for up to 5 persons per room plus a child price (additional adults above 5 will be charged at the same rate as child);
• Have different prices for the current year and the next year;
• Specify up to 99 different room types (there is no limit on the number of rooms for each room type);
• Specify minimum &maximum number of occupants (adults and/or children) per room;
• Specify minimum &maximum number of nights that can be booked;
• Specify lead time for bookings;
• Specify dates when rooms cannot be booked;
• Specify an overbooking allowance for each room type;
• Specify a fixed amount and/or percentage charge that can be added to or deducted from the booking total;
• Define up to 3 different tax rates and specify which rate applies to which item;
• Apply a discount after a predetermined length of stay;
• Include options and/or extras (meals, airport pickup, tours etc.) on the booking form. RezEasy includes the cost of any options and extras selected by the guest in the calculated total. Options and extras can be priced:
• per person per night
• per room per night
• per person per booking
• per booking
• Quickly create special offer booking forms to offload rooms at low season;
• Block periods of the year when you don't accept reservations;
• You can also (applies to all properties in Agency Version):
• Use any currency for your prices, RezEasy includes full currency formatting;
• Use any language for your site, all text output by RezEasy can be configured;
• Select the date format used by RezEasy to display dates (dd-mm-yyyy or mm-dd-yyyy);
• Select the style for arrival and departure date boxes (popup calendar or drop down list);
• Collect additional data by adding extra fields to the checkout (booking confirmation) form;
• Tell RezEasy to get the name of each guest included in the booking and the ages of each child;
• Tell RezEasy to take a deposit at the time of booking or if arrival is within a certain period take the full amount (online payments require an account with a payment gateway)
• Easily customize text and messages output by RezEasy or change them to your own language. There is no editing of program files or code required.
• RezEasy creates all the pages for your online reservation system using a set of templates and the data you enter into RezEasy.
• Pre-configured to connect to 29 secure payment systems including our own Transaction Manager. A custom setting allows many more payment systems to be used.
